Trying it out for lunch.  Refreshing, low in calories.  One glass a day of low -sodium tomato juice??

Further motivation: According to Manohar Garg, Ph.D, associate professor of nutrition and dietetics, University of Newcastle, Callaghan, Australia and reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association, tomato juice reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke and deep vein thrombosis (DVT), dangerous blood clotting that can occur after sitting for long hours.

We all have too much sitting going on!!!
