Pat has catered parties, weddings and corporate events for almost three decades.

She has written about food and cooking for 20 years, developed recipes for well-known companies, as well as winning many national recipe contests, interviewed celebrity cookbook authors and chefs, taught cooking classes for adults and children, and traveled extensively, tasting and researching food trends and enjoying every minute of it!

Pat lives in Tarpon Springs Florida and is a native of Corning, New York where she proudly worked for Corning Incorporated and together with her husband, Roy Ernst still own an historical home there.
