Our German relatives enjoy teatime daily. We were served a Rhubarb Pudding Streusel Kuchen—purchased frozen in grocery store. Very good. Eating Rhubarb Jams also in Germany. Iserlohn farmers market has been happening for years.

Innkeeper Michael McLaughlin of Desmond House in Kinsale, urged us to try his “special” Rhubarb Jam. A friend brings him the rhubarb and in return gets some Jam. Ingredients: rhubarb, ginger, 180 proof rum. Yum!
