Taco Tuesday: Beyond Meat Spicy Crumbles heated in frying pan. Very curious, directions say NOT to Micro, so I did not. Soft and crispy taco shells, guacamole, plum tomato, shredded cheddar and horrors of horrors, shredded iceberg lettuce. I have not purchased a head of iceberg lettuce in probably 30 years but was concerned about how long the small bag of purchased shredded lettuce would last. Now, we have plenty of lettuce.
