Shopping in the produce market in Tarpon Springs, Fl ( a Greek-majority community), this dense zucchini was called a Greek Zucchini. Now shopping and cooking in Tucson, AZ, I am surprised to find it labeled Mexican Zucchini. Will the real genus of this zucchini be revealed?
