First time ever visit to an urgent care. Happened in Fresno California—could not have been a better experience. Thought I had a sinus infection I was so miserable and fatigued. Nurse practitioner had the answer—an allergy shot (in the butt). Felt tolerable with several hours and better in about 10 days.
