Wish I had a photo. Driving on Route 81 and passing near Max Meadows, Virginia, we spotted Hills of Pumpkins and wondered where all those pumpkins would be sold. A cannery near by? Literally thousands of orange pumpkins against the green hillsides made a beautiful autumn sight.
