Trifle is a perfect dessert for a crowd. No dough to roll out, no baking and especially pretty served in a trifle bowl. I used frozen rhubarb, leftover frozen pound cake, and frozen peaches, along with Birds Custard, Triple Sec for flavor and of course, whipped cream on top.
