Green Olive Tapenade at An Port Mor, Westport, Ireland

Mini bowl of lovely tapenade chopped with sun dried tomato and Irish Garlic Rape Seed Oil spread on Caraway Seed and Irish Brown Bread for an appetizer.  So lovely,  I asked for more at this #1 Trip Advisor rated  restaurant in Westport, just a walk down the street from our St. Anthony’s Riverside B & B.

    Looks so oily! Guess it was intentional given the rape seed oil.You call it a “spread.” In actuality, did you “sop” it up by dunking chunks of the bread(s) and scooping it up, dip-style?
