Healdsburg family-run winery began with the courageous and forward-thinking owner, David Hare (now retired and playing trombone in the New Horizons Santa Rosa Band) who saw the potential of ripping up old prune vines and planting sauvignon blanc and zinfandel vines. Now managed by daughter and son-in-law, they have created a little bit of heaven in Sonoma valley for dry white lovers like me.
