Amazingly easy to put together.  Saukerkraut and squash seasoned with pork juices, apple juice and chopped onions.  Paul made Homemade Spaetzle with cheese. Genius accompaniments. Enjoyed by all and no leftovers!

Karen made  this is less than 30 minutes, including the scratch crust.  Puffy, delicious and filling—of  course,  heavy cream, butter and aged cheddar don't hurt.

Tramezzini=bread without crusts at Loblaws.  In Italy the name given for snack sandwiches.  At least it's whole wheat but I never found it that hard to cut the crusts off a loaf of bread. Mom always said "eating crusts will make your hair curly".  Worked for me.
